FAQ

General Questions

Do you offer OEM / ODM and customization services?

Yes. We provide OEM and ODM services, including custom cable lengths, connector and pin definitions, power-off brakes, planetary gearbox integration, high-temperature windings, and tailored voltage or torque configurations to match your specific machine requirements.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer with our own production and testing facilities. This lets us control quality directly, offer competitive factory pricing, and support customization from design through delivery.

What is the difference between a servo motor and a stepper motor, and which should I choose?

A stepper motor moves in fixed steps and is a cost-effective choice for low-to-medium-speed positioning with a stable load. A servo motor uses closed-loop feedback, delivers higher speed and torque, and automatically corrects position errors, making it ideal for high-speed, high-precision, or variable-load applications. If your application demands fast dynamic response or heavy overload capacity, a servo motor is usually the better fit; for simpler, budget-sensitive tasks, a

What types of motors do you supply?

We manufacture and export a full range of motion-control motors and drivers: 2-phase and 3-phase hybrid stepper motors, closed-loop (servo) stepper motors, linear stepper motors, AC servo motors, brushless DC (BLDC) motors, DC brush motors, geared motors, brake motors, and their matching drivers. This lets us supply a complete solution for almost any positioning or drive application.

Technical Questions

Do the motors lose steps at high speed, and what is the maximum speed?

Servo motors use closed-loop control and do not lose steps; any brief tracking error is automatically compensated by the drive using encoder feedback. Rated speed is typically 2,000–3,000 rpm, with a maximum of 5,000–6,000 rpm depending on the model and cooling. Standard open-loop steppers will not lose steps within a reasonable load range (roughly 1,500 rpm at no load, decreasing under load); for applications that must eliminate step loss entirely, we offer closed-loop s

Are the driver parameters adjustable?

Yes. On servo drives you can set the control mode (position, speed, or torque), electronic gear ratio, inertia ratio, rigidity, and gain via the panel or tuning software to suit different loads. On stepper drives, the microstepping resolution is set with DIP switches, supporting up to 256 microsteps for smoother low-speed operation.

What supply voltage do the motors require, and can they connect directly to a PLC?

Servo motors typically run on 220V AC (low power) or 380V AC (medium power and above) for the main circuit, with a 24V DC control circuit. Stepper motors use a 24V or 48V DC supply. Both accept pulse/direction signals and connect directly to a PLC pulse output: servo drives accept 5V or 24V logic levels (mind the common-cathode/common-anode wiring), and a stepper drive simply needs a series current-limiting resistor when using a 24V signal. Bus-type servo drives can also comm

Quality and Standards

Are your motors suitable for harsh or high-temperature environments?

Yes. For high-temperature applications we can supply high-temperature-rated windings together with forced air cooling. For humid, dusty, or corrosive environments, sealed and specially treated versions are available. Let us know your operating conditions and we will recommend the right configuration.

How do you ensure consistent product quality?

Quality is controlled from incoming material inspection through to final testing. Every motor undergoes performance and full-load testing before shipment, so you receive products that meet their rated specifications.

What is the IP protection rating of the motors?

Standard servo motors are rated IP65 (dust-tight and protected against water jets), and standard stepper motors are rated IP54. For humid, oily, or dusty environments, servo motors usually need no extra sealing, and sealed custom versions are available for stepper motors and other demanding conditions.

What quality certifications and standards do your motors meet?

Our motors carry CE and RoHS certification. Certification documents can be provided on request for your import and compliance needs.

Ordering and Lead Time

How are the motors shipped, and which Incoterms do you support?

We ship worldwide by sea, air, or express courier and can arrange delivery under common Incoterms such as FOB, CIF, or EXW according to your preference. Motors are securely packed to protect the shaft, encoder, and connectors during transit.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard models are usually ready within about 7–15 working days. Customized motors (special windings, brakes, gearboxes, or cable assemblies) may require additional time. We confirm the exact lead time when your order is placed.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the model and configuration. Samples and small trial orders are welcome, and we can scale up to volume production once your requirements are confirmed.

After-Sales Support

What warranty do you provide?

We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. If a product fails due to a manufacturing or quality defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

How quickly do you respond to after-sales issues?

We aim to respond to technical and after-sales enquiries within 24 hours of receiving your message and will provide a handling solution as quickly as possible.

What technical support do you offer?

Our engineers provide support with wiring, drive parameter setup, motor selection, and troubleshooting. We supply wiring diagrams and setup guidance and can assist remotely to help get your equipment running smoothly.
